You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. j8com strongly recommends that you use a unique password that you do not use on any other platform and that you never share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify j8com immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied. j8com will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of j8com, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. You must not attempt to manipulate, defraud, or exploit any game, betting market, promotion, or technical feature of the platform for financial gain in a manner that is not consistent with normal, legitimate gameplay. You may not use the platform for any money laundering activity, fraud, or any transaction connected to criminal activity — j8com complies with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Any form of collusion between players in betting or casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure. j8com reserves the right to void bets or winnings and recover funds if it determines that a breach of these usage rules has occurred, regardless of whether the breach was intentional.

Payments and Transactions (Philippine Peso)
All deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and account balances on j8com are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information you provide is accurate and that the payment method you use belongs to you and is in your name. j8com does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — funds must originate from a payment account registered under the same name as your j8com account. Deposits made through accepted payment channels including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and Philippine online banking are processed as promptly as possible, though processing times may vary depending on the method and network conditions.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be held for review if our security or compliance team identifies unusual patterns. j8com reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal, including government-issued ID, proof of payment ownership, or proof of address. Any funds deposited into your j8com account must be used for gaming purposes on the platform and may not be deposited and immediately withdrawn without any gameplay activity, as this may be considered an attempt to exploit payment processing. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the deposit and withdrawal sections of the platform. j8com is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on the platform. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any direct claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Account Suspension and Closure
j8com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, suspicion of money laundering, use of prohibited software, failure to verify identity, or any other conduct that j8com determines to be harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, j8com may freeze account funds pending investigation and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required.
You may also request the voluntary closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that has been verified as legitimately obtained will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification and provided no outstanding compliance holds are in place. If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, j8com reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance where legally permitted. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may also be subject to a dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated in advance. Closure of your account does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on j8com.pro — including but not limited to the j8com brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the property of j8com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
